Cancellation Policy
For your convenience and security, we require a valid credit card to be stored (via encryption) in your online account prior to booking an appointment. We do not charge your card at the time of booking; however, it will be used for payment at checkout or if our cancellation policy is violated. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or in the case of a no-show, a fee of $250 will be charged for laser or filler services, and $50 for all other services.
