From an early age, Nurse Alana has possessed a passion for aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. Alana worked in the spa industry for 10 years before transitioning to the aesthetic RN role which allows her to be more creative with her skills and build enduring relationships with patients. She joined the Coastal Medical Aesthetics team after graduating from CSU San Marcos with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree where she received the Spirit of Nursing Award, exemplifying her positive and caring attitude toward patients. Alana prides herself on her gentle technique and results-driven treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Alana’s approach to esthetics is focused on aging prevention, enhancing natural beauty, and protecting your investment with education and medical-grade skin care. Her favorite treatments are neuromodulators and microneedling with radio frequency to achieve a snatched appearance. Her favorite products are Revision TruPhysical tinted SPF and Revision DEJ Boosting Serum.
When she’s not working you will find her doing Pilates or outside exploring by the beach or a national park, with proper sun protection, of course. Her favorite places are Zion National Park and the Amalfi coast.

Ashley has been in the aesthetics industry for just over 6 years now specializing in business development and sales. She lives by the simple word "growth" and believes every day is an opportunity to take another step forward in the right direction. Her passion is in empowering individuals to have utmost confidence in their skin and to truly shine from within. Her goals within the industry are to further strengthen and grow relationships with our partners, team and clients so we can all elevate together. Her go to treatment is a tossup between Botox and our resurfacing laser, Clear and Brilliant.
Out of the office you can find her with a self-help book in hand, outdoors getting her exercise in or trying out new restaurants/cocktail bars with spectacular views.

Jasmine has been in the aesthetics industry for 3 years, specializing in client engagement, sales, and building lasting relationships. Her passion lies in helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin while delivering personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Currently pursuing an MBA at California State University, Long Beach, her long-term goal is to continue working in the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a focus on international business operations and expanding global partnerships.
Outside the office, she loves spending time with her dachshund, Benny, and catching up with friends.
