Alana Hibberd
Registered Nurse
From an early age, Nurse Alana has possessed a passion for aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. Alana worked in the spa industry for 10 years before transitioning to the aesthetic RN role which allows her to be more creative with her skills and build enduring relationships with patients. She joined the Coastal Medical Aesthetics team after graduating from CSU San Marcos with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree where she received the Spirit of Nursing Award, exemplifying her positive and caring attitude toward patients. Alana prides herself on her gentle technique and results-driven treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Alana’s approach to esthetics is focused on aging prevention, enhancing natural beauty, and protecting your investment with education and medical-grade skin care. Her favorite treatments are neuromodulators and microneedling with radio frequency to achieve a snatched appearance. Her favorite products are Revision TruPhysical tinted SPF and Revision DEJ Boosting Serum.
When she’s not working you will find her doing Pilates or outside exploring by the beach or a national park, with proper sun protection, of course. Her favorite places are Zion National Park and the Amalfi coast.
Anh Bridgewater
Physician Assistant-Certified
Anh Bridgewater, PA-C, is a highly skilled board-certified Physician Assistant with over six years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. She is known for her exceptional ability to achieve natural-looking results that enhances, rather than change, her patient’s unique features. Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, a Master’s in Chemistry from UCSD, and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University. Her diverse educational background allows her to approach patient care with both scientific precision and compassionate insight. She continues to pursue education and training in the latest technologies and techniques in aesthetic medicine. Her patient care is rooted in the belief that prevention is the key to aging gracefully. She works closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans to address their individual aesthetic goals. She is well versed and experienced in combining skin care, lasers, energy based devices, biostimulators and injectables to guide each patient on their journey to aging beautifully, confidently, and authentically.
Teresa Nguyen

Teresa is a Registered Nurse with a background in medical-surgical nursing and over two years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UC San Diego and later completed her BSN at Northeastern University.
With hands-on experience in Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, Teresa is passionate about preserving her clients’ natural beauty while enhancing their unique features. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to patient education. Teresa enjoys creating customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual goals, helping them feel confident and empowered in their skin.
Her transition into aesthetics was driven by a lifelong passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and the science behind them. She stays inspired by the ever-evolving technologies in the industry and is always seeking to expand her expertise.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys pilates, weightlifting, the beach, and baking - especially homemade sourdough bread.
